What Do I Have to Pay?

The good news is we are completely transparent with what you will be paying for roof repairs or a full roof replacement. We also go to battle to get your roof covered by insurance. During a free roof inspection, we will cover every foot of your roof assessing hail damage, wind damage and any storm damage we can find. The more we find, the better your claim coverage.

What is IRC and why is it important for roofers?

IRC stands for the International Residential Code, and for roofers, it's a big deal because it lays out the rules and standards for how residential roofs (and the rest of the structure) should be built or repaired. It is critical to abide by these standards.

Key areas that IRC covers include:

Roofing Materials – Specifies approved types (asphalt shingles, metal panels, tile, etc.) and their installation standards.
Underlayment – Details on what needs to go under shingles or tiles, like felt or synthetic underlayment.

How Long Will This Take?

Install usually takes 1 day after the insurance clears. Time varies for the entire process from start to finish with insurance claims to final inspection.

Once the felt is laid down the home is water tight and there will be no penetrations in the event of a surprise storms. Usually we will be done with our install in within a day or two, weather permitting. The average roof installation takes two to three days depending on the size of the project or weather delays.
